Russian Ambassador to Sri Lanka and Maldives

H.E.Mr. Vladimir P. Mikhaylov on October 16, 2008 presented Credentials to President of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka M.Rajapaksa and on February 3, 2009 - to President of the Republic of Maldives M. Nasheed and assumed duties as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to theese two states.
